McGregor Boyall are delighted to be able to present our Women in Technology Report for 2023!

Recognising the importance of Women in Technology, we have taken the opportunity to survey our female client and candidate base from within the Technology sector across various industries and organisations primarily based in the UK to find out how the market looks in 2023.

Having received more than 100 responses to the survey, we are pleased to bring you the findings, which examine; what attracts women to tech roles, if gender bias is still an issue in the profession and what specific challenges women in tech identify as key to their career development.
