I have a brand-new role for Global HR Operations Manager to help build out a successful HR Operations team. The role will manage HR Operations with a focus on delivering an exceptional HR service as a globalised centre of excellence. This will include People Operations, HR Systems Management, process improvement and ensuring efficiency's.

  • You will have excellent leadership skills to be able to manage and develop a team of People operations professionals and implement best practice support across the business.
  • Ensure systems, processes and documentation are fit for purpose and agile to meet the needs of the business.
  • Develop and up-skill the people operations team.
  • Manage key stockholders across the business including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and the Senior Leadership Team.

Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience of working within a global HR Services role/HR Operations, with at least 2 years leadership experience.
  • Experience of working across multiple geographies with good Knowledge of employment law across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Pragmatic and commercial approach to HR processes with the ability to adapt and enhance processes to improve employee experience.
  • Strong data analytics and insights experience with the ability to utilise data to improve HR services.
  • High level communication and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate plans, projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to work at pace and multitask effectively to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Knowledge of employment law in multiple jurisdictions.
