About the Team

The trading technology team enables clients to build custom strategies with listed securities and trade them like an index. The team utilizes low latency and high-frequency infrastructure with an adaptable approach that allows real-time enhancements to meet changing market conditions. This provides faster execution and better prices on synthetic spreads with reduced legging risk.

Role Overview

The Front Office Software Engineer will be responsible for front-to-back software development and support, working closely with the trading desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop low-latency algorithms using C++
• Create and maintain front-end GUI applications using C#
• Provide direct support to trading desk operations
• Monitor system performance and stability
• Deliver technical support to clients

Requirements

Essential

• Experience with low latency trading systems
• Knowledge of Interest Rate Futures and UST Bonds
• Experience with auto spreading/hedging functionality
• Proficiency in C# and C++ programming
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously
• Strong problem-solving skills

Desired

• Experience with DevExpress
• Knowledge of Broadway Technology
• Experience in financial markets technology
