I'm Rajan, a Delivery Consultant at McGregor Boyall and I specialise in Risk and Legal recruitment.
For me, I enjoy forging relationships with people in the market – I especially enjoy learning about people's lives and what makes them tick. The great thing about this industry is that all I do is listen to people and find what they're looking for, it does feel like a bit of a detective investigation at times, but that's what makes it exciting and fun.
