Lucy Frost

I’m Lucy, the Group Managing Director for McGregor Boyall. I have over 20 years of experience in recruitment. Firstly I recruited librarians, and I then went back to university, obtaining a post-graduate degree in career management. I then trod the boards on the ‘other side’ in internal recruitment at Ernst & Young before finally bringing recruiting and career management together here at McGregor Boyall.
