Associate Director at McGregor Boyall Dubai, with over 8 years of recruitment experience in the Banking and Finance industry. That experience spans the UK, Asia-Pacific, North America and the Middle East. Having lived in London, New York, Muscat and Dubai I have been exposed to different markets and cultures, giving me a stronger understanding of finance and capital markets.

 My expertise lies within Investment Banking and Management Consulting, where I have recruited over 1000 people globally, ranging from large-volume graduate schemes to C-Suite executive search. I have worked on two large accounts in my career, one as a Global Recruitment Manager for a Management Consultancy, hiring into the majority of the top Tier 1 and Tier 2 Investment Banks globally, as well as working on the build of a bank in Muscat, Oman – growing the business from 0-60 employees before launch, including building out their senior leadership team. 

 At McGregor Boyall, I oversee all our Banking and Financial Services clients in the GCC. Focusing on Investment, Corporate and Wholesale Banking, I use my experience working in various roles in various markets to add value to our clients.
