Charlie Short

After living in Hong Kong for around 3 years like most people I fell into the world of recruitment. I have extensive experience in building recruitment teams across several verticals, focusing on experienced hires. My aim at McGregor Boyall is to grow my network and headhunt top talent within the recruitment industry. Outside of work, football is a passion of mine and I am a lifelong Bristol City fan, which much like recruitment has its ups and downs. I joined McGregor Boyall in February 2023 as Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the function and grow our number of experienced hires over the years to come.
